Project Description
Carlos Borboa is a certified sommelier and a specialized wine & spirits journalist. He works as a columnist for El Universal Newspaper Mexico City. He teaches the specialized course in wine at the Mexican Sommelier Association and for the Master of Wine at CESSA Universidad Mexico City. He is a wine and spirits consultant and founder and vice-president of the Mexican Tea Board. He is also a judge at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles
