A taster, writer and traveller, Eduardo is the owner and wine editor of ‘Vitis Magazine’, the only technical and international wine magazine in Chile. Author of the popular ‘Vinos con Cuento’ guide, he is a member of Chile’s circle of wine and gourmet food writers. Founder of Vignadores de Carignan, his goal is to rescue and promote wines, spirits and food treasures from forgotten parts of the world.
