Project Description
A passionate taster, reader, writer and speaker about eating & drinking, Jürgen writes for culinary magazines in Austria and Germany and has written a book about ‘Cooking with Spirits’. He designed the Best of BIO award for the finest organic wines and spirits and is also chair of Slow Food Salzburg and a member of the executive board of the Culinary Heritage of the Alps -Association.
