Professor at the University of Hong Kong – Master of International Wine Management program – Education specialist (integrated learning) at PolyU. As a former chef, his industry experience has taken him to several countries, including New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Northern Ireland and England where he has worked with renowned chefs. Mr Mackenzie has held key positions in major hotels and restaurants and has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.
