Olivier is a Wine Expert, he is the President of the famous and historic Compagnie des Courtiers Jurés Experts Piqueurs de Vins de Paris. In 1997, He founded his own company to distribute wine in France and for the export market. He judges in the mainly International Wine Competitions (Monde Selection, Mondial du Chasselas, etc); organises international events and French important Concours (Laureades, Concours des Vins de la Foire de Paris).
